Q1. Can I order over a call?

A1. We want an order confirmation in writing. You can give us a call and brief us on what you need. However, you must validate the order through a written communique.

 

 

Q2. What is the delivery cost?

A2. Delivery of UK Mainland orders is free, but there is a postal cost above that. See the Delivery Guide.

 

 

Q3. I have ordered the wrong product. Can you help?

A3. Everything custom-made or personalized cannot be canceled when it has already gone through the manufacturing process. Nevertheless, the orders of ready-to-order products can be canceled, and new orders can be created. If you have a question, please call us on 01274 724411.

 

 

Q4What is the delivery time for an order?

A4. We deliver all orders between 1-3 working days after placing orders. It might require some time before any goods transported to far-off places reach their destination. This dispatch policy excludes orders made during Christmas / New Year’s Eve.

 

 

Q5. How do I ascertain that the order has been dispatched?

A5. After placing an order, we authenticate and check the availability of payment. The order is then sent out. Upon sending the order, you will receive a confirmation email on your email ID.

 

 

Q6. I have not received the delivery yet. What should I do?

A6. Usually, the shipping information is followed up with the order’s dispatch. It is available with a shipping vendor. You may call us and give us your order number.
