Q1. Can I place an order over the phone?

A1. We would like to have written confirmation of an order. You can call us to update us about your requirements. You should, however, confirm the order by writing a communication.

 

 

Q2. What is the delivery cost?

Q3. I have paid for the wrong product. Will you help?

A3. All custom-made or custom-fit items cannot be canceled once they are in production. At the same time, the orders of ready-to-order items may be cancelled, and new orders may be created. Call us on 01274 724411, with a question.

 

 

Q4. And how long does it take an order to be delivered?

A4. Our delivery period is 1-3 working days after the order is placed. Some time may have lapsed before goods sent over long distances are delivered. This dispatch policy does not cover orders placed on Christmas Eve or New Year’s Eve.

 

 

Q5. How do I know that the order has been sent?
