 Q1. Can I order over a call?

A1. We require a written confirmation for confirming your order. You can call us and explain us your requirement. But you need to confirm the order by a written communication.

Q2. What is the delivery cost?

A2. All orders for UK Mainland are free for delivery but outside that the postal charges as per applicable. Please refer to Delivery Guide.

Q3. I have ordered a wrong product? Can you help?

A3. All customised or personalised goods are not eligible for cancellation if they have reached the manufacturing phase. However, the ready to order products orders can be cancelled and new orders can be placed. If you still have a query, feel free to call us at 01274 724411.

Q4. What is the delivery time for any order?

A4. All our orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days from the placement of orders. Any goods that need to be sent to remote locations may take some time to arrive. Orders placed during Christmas / New Year eve are exception to this dispatch policy.

Q5. How do i ascertain that the order is dispatched?

A5. Once an order has been placed we verify the payment authenticity and availability of the same. Then order is dispatched, on dispatching the order a confirmation mail is sent to your email id for the same.

Q6. I have not received the delivery yet, what should I do?

A6. We usually send the shipping details after dispatching the order. You can find with the shipping vendor. You can also call us directly with your order number.
