Placing an order with Kwik Picture Framing makes you liable to purchase a product as per the terms and conditions. Orders confirmation is subject to availability. Once the order and price confirmation is received the order is dispatched. Dispatch time varies as per the availability and postal delays that are not under the control of Kwik Picture Framing.
Anyone above the age of 18 years is authorised to place order with Kwik Picture Framing and should hold a valid debit or credit card that is acceptable to Kwik Picture Framing. Ultimate right to process or decline your order lies with Kwik Picture Framing. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. Which usually is Kwik Picture Framing but in few cases maybe some third party. If a third party order is being processed then Kwik Picture Framing cannot be held for any contract violations, it’s between the client and the third party to settle all such issues amicably.
On receiving the order a thorough check of the order is done and also the debit or credit card details are verified to understand the authenticity of the same. Also a brief confirmation is required to understand the finical capacities of the client i.e. do they have sufficient funds to pay for the dispatched goods.

Order placement
Once the user places an order they receive an acknowledgment email at their authorised email ID but please remember that the acknowledgement should not be considered or misunderstood as the order confirmation. The order is confirmed only when you receive an email stating that your goods have been dispatched. The details of the goods dispatched may vary to that of the order placed. Only the goods that are listed in the confirmation email are included in the formal contract between the customer and Kwik Picture Framing.
Pricing and availability
All care and accuracy is maintained to keep the sites content and prices up to date and error free but there could be chances of errors. The moment we come across any such error, immediate action is taken to remove them. Also if you have placed an order for the same that nothing to worry, we will bring the same to your notice and provide you the option to reconfirm your order with the updated prices of descriptions. In case you are not reachable then all such orders are cancelled from our end and your entire money will be refunded to you ASAP.
In some places we do charge delivery costs in addition to the pricing. All such additional prices are clearly mentioned and displayed in the invoices under the Total Cost of goods.
Payment
Once the order is placed we carry out a standard authorisation check on your payments (debit or credit) cards. This is done to make sure that your account has sufficient funds to process the payment designated for the placed order. Once a formal authorisation is received, your account is debited for the same and kept as a deposit amount in lieu of the goods purchased. Once the goods are successfully dispatched a confirmation email is sent to your authorised email id and the amount is realised against the same.
